Accordingly, the finding of study revealed that most of the PTSA and KETB members of secondary schools of Sidama zone were not participating in the management of schools. This was because they were not trained or ix oriented about their work before they were assigned to the work. The contribution of PTSA and KETB in the teaching learning process was also found low.
