It emphasizes the importance of a strategic approach to exploitation, ensuring that all aspects — from stakeholder engagement to risk management — are thoroughly addressed. The plan also includes methods for continuous monitoring and assessment, allowing for timely course corrections and adjustments to enhance the project's effectiveness. In summary, the Exploitation Plan sets the context for how the project results will be utilized and reinforces the need for a coherent and strategic approach to maximize the sustainability and impact of the project's achievements.
