Experience of Ukraine in the Implementation of Information Technologies in Public Administration and Providing Electronic Services

Abstract: The article discusses Ukraine’s experience in implementing information technologies in public administration and providing electronic services. The existing modules of e-governance used in Ukraine, in particular, “government to government”, “government to citizens”, and “government to business”, are considered. It is proposed to use the following modules: “government to employees”, “government to non-profit organizations” and “government to international organizations” in the public administration in Ukraine.
