Abstract: Although it emerged with the intention of being applied in the workplace, Occupational Gymnastics, due to its diverse and systemic benefits, has been widely used in the promotion and prevention of physical and psycho-emotional health and used in different contexts. In the educational context, it can be used as a strategy for preventing or controlling stressful factors. In this sense, this article deals with the description of the elaboration of an Educational Product, developed in the form of an educational video on Labor Gymnastics, which integrated, together with the dissertation, the requirements for completing the Professional Master's Degree in Professional and Technological Education at the Institute Federal Department of Education, Science and Technology of Alagoas. The video was evaluated through a questionnaire, applied to students in an Integrated Technical High School class on a Federal Institute campus. The results, obtained through the questionnaire, showed that physical activity is among the activities most frequently cited by students in controlling stress, therefore, we believe that Gymnastics at Work can present itself as an effective strategy to be explored in the school context. in the management of stressful factors. We also highlight that the video is a teaching resource that has elements that, when well explored, can transmit information effectively. Furthermore, the weaknesses highlighted may contribute to future studies that use video as a resource, as they will indicate elements that need to be improved and better explored.
