Abstract: This repository contains the input and supporting data for the publication “Evolution of Multivalent Supramolecular Assemblies of Aptamers with Target-Defined Spatial Organization,” currently under review. The data is organized into directories based on figures. Each directory is further divided into raw data and source data subdirectories. The raw data subdirectory contains unprocessed experimental files, while the source data subdirectory includes processed data used to generate the figures in the publication. Additionally, the raw data folder is categorized into subdirectories by data type: images, numerical data, and text files.
