Abstract: : The present work has attempted to delimit the jurisdiction through the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union, i.e. to give a deep connection and approach to the politics of the CFSP, through sentences from the past and those that are not yet decided within the European Union framework. Such as the role of national courts in a preliminary ruling, the role of the judge of the Luxembourg in the field of preliminary ruling in foreign policy matters, the extensive and/or restrictive interpretation via the Treaty of Lisbon or acts of the European Union. These are some of the points of investigation and thoughts that are considered in this investigation.
