Abstract: Dataset for the publication "SIMVI disentangles intrinsic and spatial-induced cellular states in spatial omics data". The preprocessed Scanpy object of the melanoma data is provided as "Melanoma_5612.h5ad". The SIMVI package is available at https://github.com/KlugerLab/SIMVI and can be installed using PyPI. Scripts used to generate results in the manuscript are also provided in this repository.
