Abstract: Under the influence of globalization processes, the image of the working woman has undergone significant changes. Women actively participate in all types of modern economic relations, and this process plays a crucial role in their self-awareness. This article analyzes the formation of the modern female phenomenon, their contribution to economic activities, and the social consequences of this process. Additionally, the challenges faced by modern women and proposals for their resolution are discussed.
