Abstract: The analysis of competitions of different levels with the participation of female football players of Uzbekistan testifies that the level of activity of movement and the efficiency of execution of game methods in most of them cannot meet the requirements of the modern game. This fact is explained by the fact that little time is allocated to increase the level of special physical fitness during training.
