Abstract: The TIB AV-Portal turns scientific videos into "real publications", which can be cited to the second using a combination of Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and Media Fragment Identifier (MFID). Conference recordings are used to demonstrate the practical added value and advantages of PIDs for scholarly audiovisual material.
