Abstract: The article discusses the method of aerosol chemical vapor deposition of core-shell nanoparticles. Synthesis is carried out in a two-stage reactor of an original design. A model of an aerosol generator for coating core nanoparticles with a shell reagent has been developed. In the generator, solid core nanoparticles are passed through a reagent solution. Then, droplets of the solution in the form of an aerosol are subjected to pyrolysis to form nanoparticles. The proposed method allows increasing the yield of finished nanoparticles by 1.6 times..
