Exploring the Role of Gender Equity Policies in Enhancing Female Participation in STEM Fields and Leadership Positions

Abstract: Gender equity policies are critical for increasing female participation in STEM fields and leadership positions. This study investigates the effectiveness of targeted interventions, such as mentorship programs and organizational reforms, in achieving gender parity. Results highlight significant improvements in representation and career progression for women in traditionally male-dominated domains.
