Experience in the Treatment of Complified Fractures of the Shapit of the Femoral Bone

Abstract: The paper presents an algorithm for the treatment of comminuted fractures of the femoral shaft with an external fixation device. For treatment, a hybrid (wire-rod) apparatus for external fixation was used using the knots developed by the authors. A clinical example of the use of such a device is analyzed in detail. An analysis of the advantages of the approach to the treatment of fractures of the femoral shaft with a hybrid external fixation device is presented.
