Abstract: In the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering, the most fundamental activity that students engage in is the observation of a signal coming from a source by means of a display such as a CRO, Digital Oscilloscope, and other similar devices. The fact that we have no other option is the sole reason why we continue to make use of those display gadgets, regardless of how pricey they are. A waveform can be displayed in a number of specific ways, the majority of which are unknown to the majority of people. In point of fact, we are even able to display a waveform by utilizing a mobile application. Regarding the project that we are working on, we are attempting to use Bluetooth to display a waveform on a mobile application. When it comes to our situation, we will be utilizing Max30100 to build a graph of the heart rate and to measure the beats per minute (BPM). In addition, an LM35 temperature sensor for determining the temperature of the body. The results were compiled into a single group and presented on Roboremo, which is a mobile application. For the purpose of transferring the data that has been captured to the mobile application, we make use of a Bluetooth module (HC-05). Ardunio UNO is responsible for all of the processing work that is done. The most significant benefit is that we are able to effortlessly monitor the health of elderly individuals without the need for any massive equipment. We are able to communicate the data that we have collected to the appropriate doctors, and we can receive a response from them in a timely manner. Accordingly, we are holding the electrocardiogram (ECG) in our pocket. The primary benefit of this system is its portability, which allows it to be quickly transported to any location. The development of a Smart Health Monitoring System that is enabled with Bluetooth is the objective of this project. As part of this experiment, we are monitoring many health measures, such as the heart rate, body temperature, and the level of oxygen in the blood (SpO2). On Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smart phones, the Health metrics are presented on the Android application.
