Abstract: This article discusses the integration of project management education into university curricula, with a specific focus on the IPMA (International Project Management Association) methodology. It presents benefits such as improved student competencies and employability, and outlines practical implementation strategies. Case studies, data analysis, and a proposed course at the University of Economics in Bratislava are included to highlight the academic and professional value of IPMA-based training.
