Abstract: Touranella himalayaensis Golovatch, 1994 Touranella himalayaensis Golovatch, 1994: 186 (D). Touranella himalayaensis – Golovatch 2009 a: 6 (M, K); 2009 b: 120 (M); 2016: 139 (M, K); Golovatch and Semenyuk 2010: 125 (M); 2018: 16 (M); Nguyen and Sierwald 2013: 1180 (L); Nguyen et al. 2023: 170 (M, K). Remarks. The original description is based on specimens collected from Paniporua and Dhorpar Kharka, 2,300 –2,700 m a. s. l., in mixed broadleaved or Rhododendron - Lithocarpus forests in Panchthar District, Nepal. The species is considered endemic to Nepal (Golovatch 1994).
