Abstract: This poster deals with an idea for transparent digital documentation of humanities research, especially in historical maps. The aim is to document the exact reasons for the location (paradata) via a three-step process: source, argumentation, result, while also taking into account alternative variants and any uncertainties (geographical, temporal, content-related) and presenting them innovatively in maps.
