Methods of Training Teachers in the Effective Organization of Art Education Activities at the Preschool Age

Abstract: The article explores the methods by which educators can be trained to organize plastic education activities for children, in order to develop their artistic and cognitive skills. Teacher training must be continuous and include both theoretical and practical training. Teachers must be familiar with the diversity of artistic materials and techniques and learn how to create a stimulating environment for the development of children’s creativity. Collaboration between teachers and experts in art education can enrich the teaching experience and bring new perspectives on how activities can be carried out.
