Abstract: This article explores the impact of interaction with artificial intelligence on cognitive processes, emotional states, and social relationships. Based on the theoretical framework of Colin Tipping's method of Radical Forgiveness, the article analyzes how forgiveness can influence a person's perception of AI interaction and emotional adaptation. The focus is on how AI affects emotional stability, interpersonal relationships, and social interactions. The research includes stages such as a literature review on the psychological aspects of AI interaction, surveys, and interviews with participants using AI in everyday life, and a qualitative analysis of emotional changes.
