Abstract: Annotation. The article notes that in the new Uzbekistan, ensuring the effective use of the intellectual and scientific potential of non-state universities is one of the priority, pressing problems in the process of training highly qualified personnel. In the conditions of the new Uzbekistan, large-scale reforms are being carried out in the system of non-state higher education. All this is aimed at solving the strategic task of educating and training competitive personnel, which is closely related to providing ample opportunities for young people to set ambitious goals and achieve them in their lives.
