Abstract: The subject of the study. The article examines the peculiarities of the state of the deep andcomprehensive free trade arears.The purpose of the study is to determine the main components of the deep and comprehensivefree trade arears in order to study the specifics of their development.Research methods. In the article were used general scientific and special research methods, suchas observation, description, analysis, generalization, systematization, graphic.Work results. The features of development of the deep and comprehensive free trade arearswere determined and their main components were presented, the specifics of the functioning of theadvanced free trade arears in Europe and of the Asia and Pacific region were researched, the resultsof Ukraine’s activities within the framework of the signed agreements on deep and comprehensivefree trade areas were studied.Conclusions. At the current stage of the functioning of the deep and comprehensive free trade arears,the priority feature is the focus on the regulatory environment, and not on tariffs reduction. Such specificitycan lead to the rapprochement of national regulatory environments. Stable cooperation with memberstates of the European Union and with European Free Trade Association and integration into the processof developing the dynamic Asian market are important for Ukraine, in the war and post–war period.
