Abstract: The emergence of online education has revolutionized traditional teaching and learning methodologies, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, when it became a vital alternative to ensure continuity in education. This study examines the effectiveness of the online teaching-learning process within the context of school education in Patna, focusing on diverse stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and administrators. Employing a descriptive survey design, the research explores key dimensions such as technological accessibility, engagement, content delivery, and challenges faced by stakeholders. The findings reveal that while online education offers flexibility, accessibility, and innovative learning opportunities, it also poses significant challenges. Students report issues with network connectivity, reduced engagement, and impacts on physical and emotional well-being. Teachers face difficulties in technology adoption, content management, and ensuring active participation. Parents express concerns regarding screen time, health implications, and economic burdens, while administrators highlight the need for better planning, training, and support systems. The study underscores the importance of addressing these challenges through technological infrastructure upgrades, targeted teacher training, and collaborative stakeholder engagement. It advocates for a blended approach combining online and traditional teaching methods to create an inclusive and effective educational ecosystem. The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on digital education, offering insights and recommendations to optimize technology integration into school education.
