Abstract: Deliverable 2.4 outlines the changes made to the Genome Detective Platform to accommodate the collection and analysis of plant virus samples, including metagenomic viral sequences and epidemiological metadata annotations, for the analysis of plant virus outbreaks.The H2020 project VIRTIGATION - Emerging viral diseases in tomatoes and cucurbits: Implementation of mitigation strategies for durable disease management - has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under Grant Agreement No. 101000570.
