Abstract: This deliverable presents the Phase 1 outcomes of the MUHIR project, developed under the CLIMAAX framework, focusing on assessing climate-related risks—particularly heatwaves and urban heat island (UHI) effects—in the city of Antalya, Türkiye. The work was carried out entirely by the internal team of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality without external consultancy support, using the open-access methodologies provided by the CLIMAAX Handbook.
