Abstract: This article highlights that the epic “Kutadgu bilig” is a work created at the first stage of the formation of the literature of the region in the Turkic language as an artistic, philosophical, socio-moral kamus of Islamic spirituality, monuments to kagans, kamus of spirituality of the region, into which the rich spiritual heritage of the peoples of the region penetrated.
