Abstract: This article analyzes the lexical and semantic features of terms related to business in English and Uzbek. Nowadays tourism is one of the most important sectors of the country's economy. In the last century, terms related to various fields were borrowed from Russian Uzbek into Uzbek through European languages, but today they are borrowed directly from foreign languages.
