Abstract: Marriage under the legal age, which has become a cultural phenomenon in Indonesian society, can lead to conflicts when viewed from both legal and societal perspectives. The conflict between local culture and law needs to be examined to explore how cultural norms and other factors influence the implementation of the law and the enforcement of children's rights, as well as to seek holistic and sustainable solutions to the issue.
