Abstract: This factsheet presents the Data Type Registry (DTR), a FAIRCORE4EOSC service designed to improve data interoperability and reuse. The DTR enables the creation, sharing, and validation of machine-readable data type definitions, helping research communities ensure data quality and consistency. With support for both manual and automated workflows, persistent identifiers, and integration into the EOSC ecosystem, the DTR promotes FAIR data practices across disciplines.
