Abstract: Technology and information, which are instruments that make work in the field of education easier, are what define 21st century education, sometimes referred to as contemporary or globalization education. One type of educational innovation that creates new concepts and increases the sustainability of education is modern education through the use of information technology. A new adjustment that is purposefully made to enhance the capacity of educational resources to accomplish particular educational objectives is known as educational innovation. Education tries to mould a person's personality in addition to imparting knowledge. In order to help pupils build their primary personalities, instructors consciously work to foster their physical and spiritual growth. As a result, students are able to identify their potential and then cultivate their skills and values. The Unified University and College Management System (UUCMS), an iconic project visualized by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Karnataka, is the first of its type in the country. All public universities and colleges in the state are brought under one roof by the UUCMS, which combines and integrates their governance and operations. Centralizing the availability of data on higher education at the local level will be made possible by guaranteeing uniformity and uniting the General and Technical Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The state's HEI administrators, instructors, staff, parents, and students will all benefit from this UUCMS application.
