ThrombUS+ D4.4: Prototypes of wearable strap and sock with sensors (2 prototypes)

Abstract: This deliverable describes the activities related to ThrombUS+ Task 4.4 Wearable development and integration with sensors. The outputs of this task are two prototypes of ThrombUS+ wearable system.The wearable prototypes are an essential part of the project, contributing both to functional aspects and acceptability of the system by medical experts and patients.Starting from the technical requirements of specific modules and the iterative process that was carried out, this document delineates in detail their design and development. Also, different configurations of the ThrombUS+ wearable system are presented for different DVT monitoring and prevention methods.The prototype described will be tested by KTU during Task 4.5 Testing, signal quality and performance enhancement.
