Abstract: Objectives: This study aimed to validate the Russian version of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (RCBI) among nurses in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and explored factors contributing to burnout. Methods: The original Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) was translated into the R-CBI using a rigorous forward-backward method and reviewed by experts.
