Abstract: The Omega: A Fundamental Equivalence Between π and log(13) This paper presents a breakthrough in mathematical theory by establishing an exact equivalence between the constant π and a rational multiple of log(13), which we name “The Omega.” Through high-precision continued fraction analysis, convergent validation, and reproducible computation, we demonstrate that: π = (52378158 / 42764081) × log(13) to over 16 decimal places of precision (error < 10⁻¹⁶). This result reveals deep structural resonance between π, log(13), and φ (the golden ratio), with implications for transcendental number theory, recursive geometry, and the harmonic emergence of physical constants. The Omega mechanism suggests that π is not an isolated fundamental constant, but a harmonic projection from log(13), a candidate for the generative base of geometric and physical reality. Additional connections to the Glaisher-Kinkelin constant and modular arithmetic reinforce the plausibility of this equivalence. A simplified companion teaching aid is included to support the dissemination of this discovery to students and general readers. Together, these works offer the mathematical community a new foundation for the study of constants, transcendence, and recursive field theory.
