Abstract: The ECHO Project Handbook contains information deemed useful to support the smooth operation and delivery of the project. It summarizes important management and coordination aspects of the ECHO Grant Agreement and its Consortium Agreement and lays out the working methods with regard to periodic and continuous reporting, deliverables and milestones, project internal communication, risk management, conflict prevention and resolution, including IPR.The Project Handbook does not replace or supplement any obligations under official project documents, such as the Grant Agreement or Consortium Agreement, but provides guidelines and information intended to facilitate the collaboration among the ECHO beneficiaries and associated partners.
