The Wilcox Consciousness Field Theory (WCFT)
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper introduces the Wilcox Consciousness Field Theory (WCFT), a bold new framework proposing that consciousness arises from a structured, hybrid electromagnetic field generated by the brain’s internal negotiation of information and potential. Rejecting both purely computational neuroscience and speculative quantum mysticism, WCFT anchors subjective experience in measurable electromagnetic coherence. Featuring the novel concept of Targeted Magnetic Disruption of Conscious Modules (TMD-CM), this theory offers clear, testable predictions and opens the door to engineering-level manipulation of conscious states. WCFT is a scientifically grounded, non-esoteric theory of mind that challenges the limits of current models and pushes the frontier of neurophysics. ---
