Abstract: Thiazolidinone, a five-member heterocyclic compound involved in research aimed at evaluating new product that possess interesting biological activities and play vital role owing to its wide range of pharmacological activities like antibacterial, antifungal, antitubercular, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-HIV, antidiabetic, anticancer, anticonvulsant, anthelmintic, insecticidal, hypnotic, amoebicidal, antipsychotic, antiparkinsonian, hypolipidemic and FSH agonist activity. The present review focuses on the development of 4-thiazolidinone with their potential activities.
