A Phenomenological Contextualization of Xrealism - Mind and Body as Ego-Signifiers Against the Background of Consciousness
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Xrealism gestures toward a state prior to the constituting acts of ego-consciousness —before “I think” or “I am.” Within phenomenology, especially in Husserlian and postHusserlian frameworks, consciousness is understood as intentional, always directed toward something.¹ Yet, xrealism departs from this by exposing the pre-intentional ground where neither subject nor object, neither "I am" nor "I think," has yet crystallized into being. This pre-phenomenal field is where the illusion of ego-reality is first kindled. © Ladislav Gradečak, 2025. All rights reserved. Published via the Zenodo platform.
