Abstract: The EU-DREAM project (Effective Uptake of Digital Services to Repower European Consumers and Communities as Active Participants in Energy Transition and Markets) is a 42-month Horizon Europe project focused on improving consumer interaction with the energy market. This deliverable, D9.1, provides the Project Management Plan with Gantt chart and work breakdown structure. It includes presentation standards for deliverables and reports to the EC, measures to ensure timely reporting, and guidelines for financial reporting. The risk and contingency plans are provided and will be regularly updated. This deliverable refers to Task 9.1. Updates will be considered in M14 (August 2025) and M28 (October 2026).
