Abstract: The note presents new records of occurence very rare saproxylic beetle Mordellochroa milleri Emery, 1876 in Poland since quarter of a century. Specimens was collected in two locations in the Eastern Beskids from the laboratory breeding of strongly rotten hornbeam and catching adult beetle on the Aegopodium podagraria L. inflorescence.
