The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing and Optimizing Hospital Quality Management System

Abstract: This concept paper presents an early-stage framework from my PhD research, exploring how generative AI can be integrated into hospital quality management systems (QMS) in Polish hospitals. It addresses existing gaps in predictive analytics, real-time monitoring, and decision-making processes. The study proposes a theoretical and methodological foundation for AI-enhanced healthcare management aimed at improving patient safety and operational efficiency.
