Introduction & High-Level Overview 🔹 CODES: High-Level Introduction 3. Structured Resonance & Emergent Intelligence 🔹 Structured Resonance and the Nature of Intelligence Abstract Current cancer treatments rely on chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy, each targeting different aspects of tumor progression. However, these approaches fail to address a fundamental underlying issue: cancer is not just a genetic mutation problem—it is a systemic failure of structured oscillatory regulation in cellular function. This paper introduces Structured Resonance Therapy (SRT), an extension of Chirality of Dynamic Emergent Systems (CODES), proposing that cancer is best understood as a phase-locking disorder in biological oscillations rather than a purely genetic malfunction. This framework integrates metabolic reprogramming, electromagnetic phase correction, and adaptive immune entrainment to restore structured oscillatory coherence in cancer cells, effectively reversing tumor progression. The proposed model offers: 1. A mathematical framework for understanding cancer as an oscillatory phase disorder. 2. A structured treatment combining metabolic correction, electromagnetic resonance therapy, and phase-aligned immunotherapy. 3. Testable predictions to validate this approach in clinical and computational settings. This framework redefines how cancer should be treated, moving beyond targeted genetic modifications toward a systemic phase-coherent therapy.
