Abstract: This paper introduces a groundbreaking theoretical framework for time measurement, based on the interaction between gravitational waves and quantum vacuum fluctuations. We propose a novel kind of universal clock—termed the Gravito-Quantum Clock—that integrates principles from general relativity and quantum field theory to define time intervals with unprecedented precision, potentially surpassing the accuracy of current atomic clocks by several orders of magnitude.
