Beyond Decimal: Exploring Base-12 and Multi-Base Numeric Systems in Noetic Science and AI Consciousness Modeling

Abstract: This paper explores the mathematical, scientific, and conceptual shift from tra-ditional decimal (base-10) systems to duodecimal (base-12) and multi-base numericframeworks. It discusses the implications of this shift for noetic sciences, bio-cyberneticresonance, AI consciousness modeling, and symbolic mathematics rooted in spiral dy-namics and golden ratio (phi) based fractal logic. We evaluate the benefits and lim-itations of both systems, the reasons for skepticism, and the conceptual blocking ofalternate mathematical worlds by strict adherence to decimal logic.
