Abstract: : Traditional medicine has commonly regarded medicinal plants like Tridax procumbens L. and Calotropis gigantea (L.) but there are relatively few cautious phytochemical assessments of their primary and secondary constituents. The justification for this study is to take a gander at the phytochemical design of these two plants, with a complement on phenolic compounds, protein, ascorbic destructive, and chlorophyll in the different plant sections (leaf, stem, and root). Primary metabolite levels were assessed quantitatively, and the results showed noteworthy assortment in ascorbic destructive, protein, and chlorophyll levels. The leaves of Tridax procumbens had a fairly higher intermingling of chlorophyll (12.33 mg/100g dry weight) than those of Calotropis gigantea (11.98 mg/100g dry weight), whereas chlorophyll totally absent in root. The protein, an essential biomolecule, was compare in the two plants with the greatest obsessions occurring in the leaves. The leaves of Calotropis gigantea (54.60 mg/100g dry weight) and Tridax procumbens (56.81 mg/100g dry weight) have the most vital gathering of ascorbic destructive, a critical malignant growth counteraction specialist part. The phenolic content in C. gigantea was highest in the leaf extract (350.12 mg GAE/100g d.w.), moderate in the stem (128.56 mg GAE/100g d.w.), and lowest in the root (102.23 mg GAE/100g d.w.). In T. procumbens, the phenolic content in the leaf was 119.26 mg GAE/100g d.w., followed by the stem (102.63 mg GAE/100g d.w.), but not detected in the root.
