Abstract: The Sitagliptin offer significant therapeutic benefits in managing type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and associated cardiovascular risks. The development of accurate, precise, and validated analytical methods is crucial for ensuring their efficacy, safety, and regulatory compliance. This review explores various analytical techniques, including High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Reverse Phase HPLC (RP- HPLC), High-Performance Thin Layer Chromatography (HPTLC), Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), and UV spectrophotometry, highlighting their advantages, challenges, and validation parameters.
