Six Executive Frameworks in Arabic

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: In today’s fast-paced and complex work environments, executive success is no longer driven solely by technical skills or operational efficiency. Instead, self-awareness, cognitive clarity, and behavioral insight have become essential competencies for leaders, teams, and professionals across all sectors. This is where the Six Cognitive Frameworks comes in sequence and in a structured mental model designed to enhance thought quality, emotional resilience, and intentional execution. Rooted in evidence-based psychological models such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which explains the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; Albert Ellis’s ABC Model, which highlights how our beliefs about events — not the events themselves — shape our emotional and behavioral responses; and principles of resilience, emotional regulation, and self-leadership, these frameworks serve as both: a tool for identifying unhelpful thought patterns and reframing them, and a practical guide for leaders to navigate high-stakes situations with calm, clarity, and direction. Whether you're an executive, a team leader, or a personal development practitioner, these cognitive frameworks empower you to shift from reactive behavior to conscious, purposeful action, fostering both performance and psychological well-being.
