Comparative Analysis of Education Expenditure in China and Uzbekistan (2000-2024) Using Artificial Neural Networks
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: This paper conducts a comparative time series analysis of public education expenditure in China and Uzbekistan over the period 2000-2024. Using the Neural Network Autoregression (NNAR) model, we forecast future trends and assess the dynamics of spending on education. The study reveals divergent trajectories and investment strategies between the two countries, inuenced by economic development levels, policy priorities, and demographic trends. Our findings highlight the potential of machine learning approaches in economic forecasting and policy evaluation.
