Abstract: Education is usually considered from the perspective of four dimensions: a person as a bearer of culture, a consumer of culture, and as a retransmitter of culture and creator of culture, creating new layers of culture. Education is an internal quality of a person, his essential component. Education, being a part of the general culture, becomes an indicator of high personal culture. Education contributes to the formation of motivation for continuous permanent self-education. We are talking about material and spiritual culture.For Russia, this is of fundamental importance. It is indicative that the formation and development of the spiritual culture of Russian society, and its value guidelines should be used by the state ideology. Ideology is a guideline, an indicator of the goal of society, where we are moving. Ideology cannot depend on the mode of production, that is, on the form of ownership.When analyzing the material, we are convinced that education is the basis of a scientific worldview as a system of generalized views on the objective world and the place of man in it, on the attitude of people to the reality around them and to themselves through education. Education is the quality of human knowledge and spiritual culture, which contributes to the sovereignty of society. This is, of course, not only a spiritual and moral problem, but a social and political problem, and in many ways a personal one. The findings show that the results of the study can be used as educational material by students of all forms of education and interested specialists.
