Features of Educational Process Management in Institutions of Basic General Education

Abstract: The article considers the features of educational process management in institutions of basic general education in the city of Orenburg. The results of the survey of students, teachers and school administration were analyzed, which revealed the current problems faced by educational institutions, including insufficient motivation of students and difficulties in organizing the educational process. Recommendations on optimizing the management of the educational process are proposed, aimed at improving student performance and creating a favorable educational environment.
