Listening Comprehension Development: Efficient Techniques for Learners
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: Listening is a fundamental skill in language acquisition, yet many learners struggle due to rapid speech, unfamiliar vocabulary, and varying accents. This research investigates three key strategies—attentive listening, repeated exposure, and engagement with real-world audio sources—to enhance listening comprehension. Findings suggest that combining these methods significantly aids learners in improving their ability to process and understand spoken language.
