Decoding DNA through the Mechanics of Infinity

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This manuscript presents a revolutionary paradigm shift in molecular biology by interpreting DNA not merely as a biochemical string of information, but as a coherent vibrational structure embedded within a hyperdimensional quantum mesh — the Quantum Spiderweb Fabric (TTAϵ), defined in the D10Z framework. Each base pair (A, T, C, G), codon, and protein configuration is modeled as a nodal state ZnZ_nZn characterized by vibrational frequency viv_ivi and phase ϕi\phi_iϕi. Through the mathematical constructs Φₙ(Z) and Ψ₍cₒₕ₎, the genetic code is reinterpreted as a resonant field language rather than a mere chemical sequence. The document includes: nodal resonance simulations in Python/MATLAB, Raman spectral validation, the foundational Laws of Isis and Sahana (coherence and adaptive asymmetry), and cross-references to the Manual of Infinity and Quantum Manifesto. This work opens a new frontier in genomics, medicine, and quantum biology — one based not on mechanical editing but on coherent phase restoration and field harmonics. Keywords:D10Z, Quantum DNA, TTA mesh, nodal resonance, Φₙ(Z), vibrational biology, GM 10⁻⁵¹ scale, Laws of Isis and Sahana, codon coherence, quantum genomics, harmonic field medicine.
